1. How come the stone color of the products look different from the ones I purchased previously?

A-In the process of producing stones, the temperature, time length, and pressure of the Crystallization may cause slight color differentiation. Normally, in the process of dying Stones, color is controlled manually by human, therefore, human error may occur, as standard thickness allows 0.6% margin of error, cutting and fine grinding could have effect on the depth of color as well. Colors such as Champaign, Ruby and Amethyst are the most common among this situation.
Genuine nature stones have a similar color issue, and sometimes even more extreme as they come from nature.

2. I am worried that glued stones might fall off, do your products have this problem?

The glued-on stones are easier to fall off than prong-set stones. We have not found a better brand than RBC USA glue in our more than 25 years of experience. The strength and clarity of the glue are far more superior to others. Our Swarovski Crystal with quicksilver base is suitable for glue-on setting.
If you are still concerned about the quality of our glue-on setting, please feel free to send your quality control staff to visit our showroom for testing.

3. How small can your stone size be in MM?
The smallest round CZ is 1MM and in Crystal is PP3.

4. Where does your company purchase your stones from?
Crystal stones are imported from Austria (Swarovski) CZ stones are produced in Austria, USA and China

5. What ring sizes do most of your costumers order?
In terms of U.S. Sizes:
Asian Woman: # 5 # 6 # 7
Western Woman: # 7 # 8 # 9
Asian Men: # 8 # 9 # 10
Western Men: # 9 # 10 # 11

6. Does your plating tarnish? And how long does it last?
The lifespan of your plating depends on how you care for your jewelry and environment. For example: Moisture, temperature, sweat etc can all effect lifespan of the plating. Our plating is real Rhodium, rhodium is considered a precious metal 3 time more expensive than gold. Unlike other manufacturers that use rhodium substitutes, we use higher quality of German ingredients, therefore our plating last much longer than others manufacturers. Also, the thicker the plating is the longer it will last.

7. What is the thickness of your plating in terms of Micron?
For brass based products:
Silver plating 1M, 1 Micro meter = 1 Micron = 40 micro inch, We have to have E coating for less silver
plating,18 K gold base 0.5 Micron,rhodium 0.03 to 0.05 Micron.
For Sterling Silver products:
Silver plating 0.5 to 1 Micron or more,18K Gold plating 1 Micron Vermeil , Rhodium 0.03 to 0.05 Micron.

8. Some costumers say they have allergic reaction to our jewelry products, is it because of the Nickel plating?
Yes, In general the benefit of nickel plating is to protect a brass metal base, also nickel can increase the brightness of the jewelry. Most of our products have nickel the nickel plating in center layer, so there is no direct contact to the skin. If the amount of nickel is under the standard Percentage requirement, then there should be no allergic reactions. If you prefer nickel free products we can work with your special request.

9. What type of alloy does your company use?
We use Zinc alloy and Lead-Tin alloy

10. Why are your products more expensive than other companies?
We use Swarovski Crystals for stones below 2.5MM, because their sizes and quality are more stable. We use pure Rhodium for plating, unlike some other companies who use Rhodium's imitations. Our Gold plating is thicker than other companies so it last longer. The glue we use is higher quality and imported from the U.S.A.

11. Do you have any warranty? Can I return the item for repair?
We provide free repair and \ or exchange service for merchandise with manufacturers defects within 30 days. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence.

12. How much can your products be sold at retail price?
The suggested price varies depending on your store operating cost. Our products are considered in the higher quality range of fashion jewelry.
We cannot suggest an exact retail price, but you can take into consideration that some of our US costumers have priced their items up to 10 times the wholesale cost.
